Terms of service.

The rental is operated by RentJetskiMichael, based at Restaurant Oceanic, Rruga Mitat Hoxha, Sarandë 9701, Albania. "We", "us" and "Michael" in these terms all refer to the same operator.

• Prices are fixed in Albanian Leke: 15 min · 30 L, 30 min · 50 L, 1 h · 100 L per jet ski.
• Time slots run daily from 08:00 to 20:00 during the season.
• A booking is confirmed once Michael replies on WhatsApp, phone, or in person.
• Payment is on arrival at the dock — cash in Leke or EUR, card also accepted.

• Minimum age to drive: 16. Passengers under 16 must ride with an adult.
• Valid photo ID (passport or national ID) must be presented at the dock.
• No riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs reactions.
• Pregnant riders and riders with heart, back, or joint conditions should not ride.

• A short on-water briefing is given before every ride and must be followed.
• Life vests are provided and must be worn at all times on the water.
• Michael stays in radio contact from shore. Return immediately if signalled.
• The ride area is defined at the dock. Leaving it is a breach of these terms.

• The rider is responsible for operating the jet ski as instructed.
• Damage caused by reckless riding, ignoring the briefing, or riding outside the area is charged to the rider at repair cost.
• Normal wear from responsible use is on us.
• Losing or damaging safety equipment (vest, lanyard, key) is charged at replacement cost.

• Safety comes first. If Michael judges the wind, swell, or visibility unsafe, your slot is rescheduled or refunded in full — no charge.
• Rider-side cancellations up to 2 hours before the slot: free.
• No-shows or cancellations inside 2 hours: the slot is considered used.

Jet skiing is a physical water sport. By riding you acknowledge the inherent risks of open-water activity and confirm that you are physically fit to ride. RentJetskiMichael is not liable for injury or loss caused by a rider ignoring the briefing, the ride area, or these terms.

We sometimes photograph or film rides from shore for social media. If you prefer not to appear, tell Michael at the dock and we will not publish images that include you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with Michael is subject to the competent court in Sarandë.

We may update these terms as the season and the operation evolve. The version in force for your ride is the one published on this page on your booking date, shown by the effective date above.
